UB-05 Unique circle bending machine

2057.1105.0000 is a UB-05 circle bender for flat bending applications. This machine can bend 1,5 to 4 pt (0.5-1.42 mm) rules, in heights from 8 to 30 mm (50 mm is optional available) This manually operating bender is designed to make round parts in a fast and sensitive way. The ergonomic lever structure allows performing faster and with proper feeling to reach the required rounding’s. Bending dies are optionally available. They can be ordered as separate items or in sets of 19 pieces for making diameters from 5 to 15 mm and a set of 31 pieces for making diameters from 15 to 55 mm. High quality steel is used to manufacture the dies and these are hardened afterwards to get best quality.
