UB-08 Heavy Duty foot levered rule bender

Bending machine foot levered 2057.1108.0000 is a UB-08 heavy duty foot levered bender for special bending applications. This machine can bend 4 pt (1.42 mm) rule, in heights from 23.8 to 50 mm as well as 3 pt (1.05 mm) rule, in heights from 50 to 100 mm. This foot operating bender uses the high eccentric power to get to its best bending. Bending dies are optionally available. They can be ordered in sets of 23 pieces for maximum 16 mm radius or as separate items. The dies are produced in high quality steel and are specially hardened to get best lifetime. COVERING WITH CHROME NITRIDE The top plate part of the machines is manufactured from stainless steel and its surface has been hardened by means of nitration. After these processes, it is covered with a special covering/casing CrN (Chrome Nitride). By this means special coating, any scratching or corrosion doesn't occur and the bevel part of the part being bended will not be deformed, even if the bevel of the cutter to be bended contacts with the top plate. Optionally, there is a bending set comprising of 20 parts that we recommend for the purpose of using with the machines. These sets can perform bending by starting from R1 to R16. The sets used with the machines are made of imported stroke steels and have been hardened with the most correct heat treatment and cut with wire erosion with 0,01 mm precision.
